The Level Wings brand was founded by François Bon et Malcolm Wood. Fascinated by air sports, they share the vision of innovative products allowing pilots to fly consciously, with maximum safety and pleasure! A style specific to François Bon, historic designer of this type of wing since the beginning.
We sought the perfect balance between pleasure, precision and technique.Drawing on the experience of our pilots, our brand remains unique in the feeling our wings provide.
As one of the pioneers of Speedriding and Speedflying, François specialized in mini-wings, and developed the first dedicated wings and harnesses. Free flight being his DNA, he creates the Paragliding range from Level Wings.

In 2021 Lionel joined Level Wings and uses now his knowledge to work on the wing range with François Bon and takes care of paraglider certifications.
Rachelle is passionate about flying and the outdoors which has led her to be a speedrider, cross-country, hike & fly, and acrobatics paragliding pilot among many outdoor pursuits internationally. She is also paragliding instructor and experienced in business management, and is excited to join the LEVEL Wings crew as Sales Director/Export Sales Manager.

Experienced in glider flying as in wood or steel industry, sport pro athlete and image maker, Léo loves the sky and lives his passion for Speedflying, curves and pure trajectories in the mountains, far from flashy performances.
Cédric is a hyperactive and insatiable sports man, and boxing coach. This ulm pilot, paraglider, paramotorist, speedflyer, parachutist, wingsuiter and basejumper has always been an adventure companion.
As a qualified mini-wing paragliding instructor, he will help you in your tests of Level Wings products in his living area.
